I am health coach who has learned to love her body despite what the world says about it. I am a health coach who has learned that food is fuel and should not be shameful.
So when someone asks you, “Why are you doing this” or “Who are you trying to look good for” the best and most confident answer will be “For ME”.
Sometimes we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we often forget it is okay to slow down, take a step back and re-group. This is why I am fasting.
